Krakow - Wieliczka Salt Mine
 The famous Wieliczka salt mine is about 25 kilometres from Cracow. The salt mine is more than 700 years old and has a 300-kilometre-long labyrinth with many tunnels. Furthermore you can admire the unique underground lakes, salt sculptures, narrow lanes as well as the altars, monuments carved in salt rock, wooden bridges and passages. A further highlight is the Chapel Blessed Kinga, the patron of salt miners. Here you can also find a post office, sanatorium, cinema, restaurant and a sport hall. The salt mine is visited by over 900 thousand visitors from all over the world yearly and it is registered on the UNESCO's World Cultural and Natural Heritage List. The salt mine is particulary suitable for large events.
A conference, gala dinner or banquet held in the salt mine is sure to be an unforgettable highlight - not every event takes place 136 metres under ground, featuring the latest in technical equipment and excellent cuisine. The 680 sqm big Warszawa Chamber is suitable for events up to 800 persons. The smaller one - Haluszka Chamber is 300 sqm big and can accommodate up to 200 pesons. It's especially recommended for middle size events like concerts or dinners for 50-150 persons. The St. Kinga's Chappel can be rented for concerts or wedding ceremonies.
Except of events, visiting of the tourist route, additional attractions like meeting with legendary persons (Queen Kinga, Treasurer Spirit) salt carving show, performance of the Miner's Brass Band or ceremony of conferring the titel of Honorary Guest of the Mine with handling of certificates can be organised.
